    I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and a Certified PASEDA360® Advanced Practitioner, specialising in relocation, expat life, sudden change, and life transitions. My journey into coaching started after years of personal experience with relocations—both within the UK and internationally—as I navigated the complexities of adapting to new cultures, managing family logistics, and dealing with the emotional ups and downs that come with major life changes. With over 20 years of firsthand experience in expat life and relocations, combined with professional training, I’ve developed a coaching approach that blends empathy with practical tools to help others navigate big transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges like adjusting to new environments, managing stress, and building resilience. My goal is to create a supportive space that empowers my clients to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and embrace change with clarity and purpose. I’ve been in the shoes of many of my clients, and it’s that understanding and expertise that I bring to every coaching session.

    The "Stop Being Stuck" approach is a powerful method that focuses on addressing and neutralising the root causes of negative behaviours and limiting beliefs, often stemming from past experiences or traumas. By identifying these deep-seated patterns first, this approach allows us to work subconsciously, effectively diminishing the hold of old fears, doubts, and negative reactions that influence our current behaviour. This focus on the subconscious leads to rapid and significant positive changes because it enables us to move forward without the weight of past limitations. Instead of just managing surface-level behaviours, we’re reshaping the underlying beliefs that drive them. This way, when we set goals and visualise our future, we're in a position where our desires align with our authentic needs and values, rather than being clouded by unresolved issues or outdated beliefs. In short, "Stop Being Stuck" helps individuals overcome obstacles by ensuring that the groundwork—the subconscious mind—is free of old restrictions, allowing for genuine, aligned progress.
